LMI OFFICE FLOODED
10/22/08 at 4:11 AMOn September 13th the Levett Mechanical office in Houma, LA was flooded due to Hurricane Ike. Repairs and renovations began immediately following the receding of the water.
Dedicated LMI employees worked diligently to remove damaged office equipment and cut out damaged walls. After sanitizing floors and remaining office furniture and equipment a team of carpenters, electricians and painters began repairs and renovations to the offices. Repairs are approximately 95 percent complete.
LMI is extremely proud to announce that they did not have any down time. It was business as usual working out of a temporary office and employee homes. LMI continued to bid on projects and was awarded new projects during this time.
LMI has currently purchased land to build a new office. Information on the new office will be made available on this website as details become available. Stay tuned . . .
Air Logistics Phase 1A & 2

Morgan City Rentals

Lowes of Chalmette
09/10/08 at 4:17 AMLMI has been awarded the Lowes in Chalmette, LA under the direction of Clark Construction. The projected start date for this project is tentatively set for January 2009.
Lowes of Kyle
09/10/08 at 4:16 AMLMI has been awarded the Lowes project in Kyle, TX under the direction of EMJ Corporation. The projected start date for this project is mid-September.
Lowes of Marrero

Lowes of Pineville

Grainger's

Schlumberger Facility
07/31/08 at 11:28 AMLMI has been awarded the Schlumberger Facility in LaRose, LA. The tentative start date for the project is set for August 1st.
Sam's Club #4790
07/31/08 at 4:53 AMLMI has been awarded the Sam's Club in Pearl, MS under the direction of DBS Corporation. The projected start date for this project is tentatively set for early October.
